Pass application process

Third, the application method:

1. To apply for a truck pass, it should be declared through the industry system, and the competent department of the industry should accept the application uniformly. After the transportation administrative department confirms the transportation demand, the public security traffic police department will review and issue the certificate.

2. Applicants for dangerous chemicals vehicles shall apply for centralized declaration through the industry system, and the competent department of the industry shall accept the application uniformly. After the transportation administrative department and the safety production supervision department confirm the transportation demand, the public security traffic police department shall examine and issue the certificate.

3. After accepting the application, the competent departments of various industries shall produce the “Summary Table of Road Transportation Demands”, and prepare the materials by vehicle, and go to the traffic police brigade of each district and city.

4. If there is no cross-regional (city) driving, the pass will be issued by the traffic police brigade of the district (city); if it is driven across the district, it will be issued by the destination traffic police brigade; the origin, the place of the land or the destination involving the southern part of the city will always be The traffic police city south brigade applied for.

3. Road transport business license for dangerous chemicals, vehicle road transport permit, license certificate for motorists and escorts, and photocopy;
