From June 2nd to June 7th this year, Qingdao Dongfang Dingxin International Agricultural and Sideline Products Trading Center organized a boutique fruit trader in the trading center to go to Thailand for the purpose of inspecting the products, as a boutique fruit trader and supplier of Thai origin and import and export. Traders set up an international trade information platform, and the two sides maintained close communication and exchanges. Only one month later, the direct supply to the place of origin was realized.

In the multi-party coordination efforts of the trading center, on July 8, the freighter carrying the first cabinet of Thai durian passed the 8-day shipping to Qingdao Port, officially opened the direct supply route from Thailand to Qingdao. On July 30, it carried 5 containers. The Thai durian freighter once again reached Qingdao.

What deserves our gratitude is that this direct supply to the city by sea, direct to Qingdao, and only took 8 days (usually at least 9-12 days after transit), set the time and speed of Thai shipping to Qingdao The new record has surprised Thai boutique suppliers and boutique fruit managers in the trading center.

It is also worthy of praise that Qingdao Dongfang Dingxin International Agricultural and Sideline Products Trading Center is the designated port for entering fruits in Shandong Province. It has the customs clearance convenience of “one declaration, one inspection and one release”. The customs declaration and inspection are completed once, shortening the middle. The time for declaration will be reduced, and the various circulation links will be reduced. Imported fruits can be directly marketed after passing the inspection of Qingdao Dongfang Dingxin Trading Center. The Weihai operator who imported the Thai durian in this way said, "I didn't expect the time to import fruit from Thailand so short! The speed is so fast! The customs declaration is so smooth! The sales are so fast! Just arrived, it was snapped up by major supermarkets and hotels. Almost, and immediately have to start an import business!"
